What is Anemia?
For those who do not know what is Anemia,here is a brief introduction about it. Anemia is one common blood disorders, occurs when the level of healthy red blood cells (RBCs) in the body becomes too low. This can lead to health problems because RBCs contain hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to the body's tissues. Anemia can cause a variety of complications, including fatigue and stress on bodily organs.
Causes of Anemia:-
Anemia can be caused by many things, but the three main bodily mechanisms that produce it are:
-excessive destruction of RBCs
-blood loss
-inadequate production of RBCs
-coould be a inherited disorders,
-nutritional problems (such as an iron or vitamin deficiency),
-infections,
-some kinds of cancer,
-exposure to a drug or toxin
Symptoms of Anemia:-
-Easy fatigue and loss of energy
-Unusually rapid heart beat, particularly with exercise
-Shortness of breath and headache, particularly with exercise
-Difficulty concentrating
-Dizziness
-Pale skin
-Leg cramps
-Insomnia

19 May
19 May is a day I will always remember. Today in history, I go back to 2006, remembering an incident that was very sad for me.(Not really sad but unforgetable experience for me)

19 May 2006
After having lunch, we walked back to the office taking the road near to the main road.(Sunway Tunas near Persiaran Maisuri area). Suddently, out of nowhere I heard a loud noise coming from behind of me. I thought it was just some motorist so I didnt care to take a look. Being so engrossed in the conversation with my friend, I did not realise that the motorist was heading towards me. Later I heard a crash behind me, and I felt something hit me. The next thing I knew was I was feeling pain. I turned around to see what happened.When I turned around, the motorist just drove off and leaving me in pain.. (my hand) Holding my hand, I notice that my handbag was gone. That man snatched it and drove off as if nothing happened.
So shocking that I couldn't even shout for help or tell my friend what happened. I just watched that man driving away without saying a word. As I watched him , I broke down in tears realizing my lost.
Items lost were :-
1. IC
2. Bank cards
3. My house keys
4. Money RM70 ++
5. Handphone
6. Driving license
A kind lady, managed to recover my handbag and she brought it back to my house.
Things that were recovered were:-
1. my handbag (torn condition)~ I sent to the police station for investigation.. Perverts!!! They could have taken the finger prints on the bag..but they did not. (That explains why crime is increasing the the country)
2. driving license
3. Other small things

My grandma passed away...
My grandmother passed away on monday(5.1.09) around 1pm. I heard the news from my mom at 5pm. My reaction: ...
1. Well.. at first ..no reaction. JUST NO MOOD!!
2.I know my grandma has been suffering for a long time-> I was not surprise she would leave so soon.
3. Not so closed to my grandma-> so I don't feel sad.
4. But I was sad in a way...especially for my mom for losing her mother. The thought of not being able to see her again, is very sad.
5. I realise that life is short and everyone will die someday.
6. I started wondering about what will happen when my time comes to leave this world...
7. I started thinking about life after death. Do you think there's life after death?
8. I realise that when we die, we take nothing with us. Nothing!!!
